Payment & Shipping Policy

Most orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible, depending on the availability of the item(s). We ship by US Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).  The shipping charges reflect the actual posted rates by the carriers for the shipping your order.  Please note the included handling fee is used to cover the cost of packaging, including but not limited to special boxes, skid, double boxing, special packing materials, or any cost to ship other than standard shipping charges.

CAE Pullers stands by their product and wants to ensure that its customers are completely satisfied.  The design of these tools was created to help eliminate the possibility of breaking parts and save time and money for rebuilding shops.  If you are not completely satisfied with the product please contact us to help solve any problems you experience. Be sure to make note of our restocking policy.

Restocking Policy

Customers may return products for restocking at CAE Pullers within 90 days from purchase. Returns must be in same condition as they were originally shipped” new sale ready” in original packaging from CAE Pullers. There is a 20% restocking fee.  (35% for credit card charges) 

Warranty Period & Conditions

CAE Pullers warranty each puller and components sold against failure due to defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months. CAE Pullers will at its sole discretion, replace any component which is returned and found, to the satisfaction of CAE Pullers, to be defective in material and/or workmanship.

 

Warranty items must be shipped to CAE Pullers with paid freight. Collect shipments will not be accepted.  CAE Pullers will ship replacements for all accepted warranty claims via prepaid ground freight. Customers may choose and pay for alterative shipment upgrades.

 

CAE Pullers DOES NOT assume responsibility for the loss of time, telephone, travel, lodging, inconvenience, loss of revenues, or cost of rental replacement tools. CAE Pullers shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of, or from the use of, CAE Pullers products by the buyer, its assignees, employees, agents or customers.

 

This warranty does not apply if in sole judgment of CAE Pullers, THE PRODUCT(S) HAS BEEN DAMAGED DUE TO ACCIDENT, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, NEGLECT, MISUSE OR APPLICATION FOR WITCH IT IS NOT DESIGNED, OR IF ALTERED IN ANY WAY SO AS TO AFFECT ADVERSELY ITS SAFETY, RELIBAILITY AND /OR PERFORMANCE. ALSO EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY ARE PARTS SUBJECT TO NORMAL WEAR. (i.e. stripped threads or galled threads due to lack of never-seize)
